Easy-to-Use
The E420 Shaft Alignment Tool is very easy to use. Pre-mounted units make it easy to install on the machine and the programs guide you step-by-step through the process. Start with the measuring units positioned anywhere on the shaft, recording three readings with as little as 20° of rotation between readings. Then adjust the machine with the live values, and save the measurements in the display unit memory. You can also transfer the results to the database EasyLink™ program (included) for PC. The display unit has a thin, easy-to-grip rubber coated exterior for secure handling. The large well-spaced panel buttons correspond to clear graphics that guide you through the measurement process with ease. The E420 Shaft Alignment Tool comes with compact, wireless measuring units that have large detectors allowing you to measure from distances up to 3 metres (10 feet). The units come pre-mounted on standard shaft brackets with chains and rods. Both the display and measuring units are IP65-rated, water and dust proof.
