Le système d’alignement d’alésage E950 d’Easy-Laser® facilite le contrôle et l’alignement des alésages, des roulements et des tourillons grâce à ses détecteurs sans fil et ses supports polyvalents. Un grand écran couleur avec des graphiques clairs et un logiciel qui guide l’utilisateur tout au long du processus de mesure contribue à une utilisation simple. L’outil d’alignement des alésages calcule automatiquement les alésages et les tourillons des roulements les uns par rapport aux autres, aussi bien horizontalement que verticalement. Vous pouvez ensuite évaluer les résultats directement sur place avec différentes méthodes de calcul telles que Best fit around zero et Waviness. Il est également possible d’analyser les différents choix de points de référence et de régler les valeurs d’offset et de tolérance. Une nouvelle fonctionnalité est la vérification de l’ovalité, par exemple, pour analyser le taux d’usure. L’outil d’alignement d’alésage s’occupe de tous ces calculs compliqués pour vous. Vous mesurez et alignez les tourillons de paliers complets et de demi-paliers avec la même simplicité. Le détecteur sans fil élimine les facteurs incertains tels que la traction du câble. Toutes les pièces sont conçues pour un maximum de précision et de stabilité et mesurent avec une résolution de 0,001 mm[0,05 mils]. Distance de mesure jusqu’à 40 m (130 pieds).
